Adapting to change in life

I offer a variety of heart, mind, and spirit-focused coaching modalities.

Heart is the weaving and connecting to emotions for clarity of your inner voice and knowing. Mind is the teaching of specific skills or gathering information such as Enneagram Coaching to inform your choices. And spirit is related to values, body wisdom, intuition, and life purpose—all in service of a full, lived life.

I’m excited to share my specific offerings:

The Sprint
For a time-bound decision-making process.

You may be considering a large move cross country or state lines; starting or ending a partnership; or redesigning a career with specific goals in mind. A target and timeline are established and steps laid out to guide your arrival at your destination.

The Companion
A longer walk, a deeper dive, exploring large change and multiple decisions.

3 to 6 months, with check-ins several times a month. Providing more time to develop your vision, skills, and voice. This is root work that will hold you up when the storms come, weaving work-life balance, or caregiving with work, for example.

The Search for Insight
For when you are feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed.

This coaching offers tactical skills with specific and practical insights. Tools used include Enneagram IEQ9, Gallup Strengths Finder, Co-Active Coaching Exercises and Worksheets. We make meaning of the information gathered.

Instead of feeling like life happens to you and you have no control, coaching helps you develop agency and learn that you are powerful, that you have choices. You learn to hear your inner voice, honor your values, and embody your own power.

I cannot fully describe how deeply enriching such explorations are to our lives, careers, and relationships! Doing the work really works, in service of a full, lived life.

I hope you’ll choose to experience this with me.

“One of my biggest takeaways was learning how to turn the mirror around and determine my needs, before communicating my needs to others.”
